He shrugged. "I came here to get away from pushy editors hugging me, girls grabbing me and people being in my personal space." He told him. It was obvious he should have picked a remote village if that was the case, but two factors helped him pick this place out to live in. Affordable, semi-quiet most of the time, and coffee. Coffee coffee every where.
He watched him come back, saying nothing about the paper. The only reason he didn't do that himself was the fact that his penmanship wasn't readable in the least.
"Hm? Russian, english, japanese. That's it. Why do you ask?" He stared at him, curious. It was a very odd question, unless of course those stories were written in german, then there was an issue.. "I hope you don't write in something else.." He asked meekly. He could pretend and maybe understand a word or to but...damn.

"you didn't pick a very good place to avoid all that." Bow gave him a crooked grin, a little uncomfortable with letting someone w=ready he work. He understood that publishing your work entales people reading it, but not while they were in the same room.
"Aah, yeah well, I'm German, so..." Bow made a face, looking down at the papers in his hand. Shoot, this was his best work too. "...Hold on, I think I have something written in English, kinda for practice, it's probably not written very well, though..." Bow backed up, returning to his room to search.

"Yes, I know you're german." He reminded him kindly, a bit upset that he didn't get to read the work he had. "I'm sorry. I could understand a few words that are similar to Russian, but beyond that.." he shrugged. "I never had a reason to learn. I suppose now I do?" He offered lamely, trying to make up for it.
"I'm sure its written fine." But he was sure his words werent heard. He wasn't one to yell or talk loudly anyway. He sighed, resting more against the countertop and looking more and more doom and gloomy by the second. Perhaps this was a bad idea he wondered, and began his infinite shift from foot to foot since he didn't have any paper to tear.

"Well... yeah. You know that already..." Bow felt dumb. This guy already knew, why'd he have to remind him? Stupid stupid. He hurriedly searched for something, anything, to show Darren. He'd have to translate some of his work into Japanese later.
He came back out, a different set of papers in his hand, and made his way over to the low table in the middle of the kitchen. "No need to learn a new language just for me. C'mon, sit down."

He sat, carefully as if afraid he'd break the chair for some reason. He had before, being that most furniture wasn't made for someone of his height around here for some reason. He was glad to see it held up, and breathed a sigh of relief. His eyes fell on the paper, and while it would have been rude just to snatch it, he managed..barely not to.
"Drink first, then reading or?" He drawled off, wondering if he could make up an excuse for just snatching. Though being slightly hazy would be nice for reading something like that. Bad or not, it was porn, and he was allready uncomfortable.

[Haha, it's one of those tables where you sit on the floor. ] Bow got comfortable, crossing his legs, blinking in surprise when Darren just took the papers from him. Was he impatient? He smiled a little, shifting closer to Darren. It was a subconscience thing, moving closer to anything that generated any form of heat. He was always cold, so he liked warm things. "Mmh... drink first. Yeah, sounds good."

(Inc breaking table in five seconds :B )
He didn't comment on him coming closer, just gave him an odd look, but not a bad one just an odd one. He figured perhaps he wanted to read over his shoulder, and merely gave him an awkward, soft smile.
"Drinks it is." He mumbled, staring at the shot glasses and hoping it wasn't strong Sake at least...
He couldn't help it, there was written work in his hands, and began to read the first few lines. "You get points for written work like this..i can barley HOLD a pen."

"Alright." Bow poured some sake into the glasses, but didn't take a drink yet. "It's better to drink when you read this kind of stuff, ya know?" Bow chuckled awkwardly.
"Ah, well... that took effort, my hand writing is usually pretty sloppy, but I don't have a computer."

He took half the drink in a gulp before he sat the cup gingerly down, starting to read a bit deeper into this 'messy' story of the others. He managed, at first to remain detached from it, the tingly feeling from the drink helping. As he quietly turned pages, making little noises here and there at a particularly good use of a word, the man began to visibly squirm when he got to the more...delicate parts of this story.
He cleared his throat, his ears red, and dodgy continued to read. He didn't know that the odd feeling in his belly was NOT the Sake turning, but something a lot more embarrassing and visible in his sweat pants. At least, he assumed the table covered it, if not his squirming, and when he put down the story, giving the papers delicately to the boy, he covered his face with his hands and made a choking noise of embarrassment.

Bow had had at least three glasses of sake so far. It was pretty strong, but he was used to drinking. Everytime Darren made a noise, he felt his cheeks heat up. did he like it? Oh, lord, maybe he should've looked at what he was actually handing to him. What if it was one of the ones he wrote when he was really horny? HORNY? Lately, he was always horny, he needed to get laid.
When Darren handed his papers back and covered his face, he felt his heart drop. Oh, no, he hated it! "Wa... was it that bad..?"
[Okay... if this gets sexual... XD There's something about Bow that will make you go, "You just added that 'cause of the snakes!" But, I swear I didn't. :3]

He looked up, face bright red to the point that it actually hurt, and he shook his head, scrambling for his second, or third cup(he didn't remember), and choking it back. He tried to figure out how to say this, at least without seeming like a gaint pervert, and everything he ran by in his head failed completely to the point that he wanted to just actually cry..
"N-no It was the opposite of bad..." He murmured quietly, looking ashamed of himself. "Im sorry.." He muttered, then said it again. "I'm so sorry.." Would his excuse that he was pretty much a log most of the time make up for it? No. Because what he had read had been hot, and it was obvious, and he hated it. "God, I'm worse then a teenager." He whined, doing his best job to drown himself with Sake.
(Ha ha, okay :0 )

"Wha-what?" Bow was confused. 'It was good,' basically what Darren said... and then he apologized? He had been to New York, and that still made less sense to him than a woman dressed up to look like a man in drag. That had given him nightmares. "What're you apologizing for? You said it was good, right? that's nothing to..." Oh...
Darren was hard. Bow felt his cheeks heat up, and he edged closer to the older man despite himself. "So, it was... that kind of good..."

Why was he moving closer?! He choked back a frightened squeal, instead just bit his bottom lip and looked oh so frightened behind his glasses. "I'm sorry.." he said again, wondering if perhaps the other was mad at him. And why shouldn't he be mad, if not disgusted?
He sighed, rubbing his hands roughly through his short hair again, doing his best not to just get up and run, because that would cause issues to. All he needed was to be spotted in the hallway by some old lady. That would end well.
"This is your fault you know." He said lamely. "I didn't think you meant that kind of writing!" his voice was oddly high pitched, and his scared nature was not something a normal man would have.

"Stop saying that..." Bow moved even closer, one hand supporting his weight on the floor just behind Darren, leaning into him. But he didn't touch him, he wouldn't unless Darren told him to.
Ha, like that would happen.
"I told you it was Yaoi, that's what Yaoi is..." His voice was low in Darren's ear, making sure plenty of hot air was blown against it, "two men having sex.."

The entire fact that the young man was pretty much an inch away from him made him very uncomfortable. Was he toying with him? He frowned, turning just enough to get a better view of Bow. It didn't seem like he was, but you never knew, and perhaps this entire thing had just been to mock him.
The way he breathed into his ear made him choke. The easy motion sent a very pleasant sensation down his spine, and he curled faintly. He had no idea his wears were sensitive, and his cheeks got even redder if it was possible. Maybe..Maybe Bow was just being er..nice? He doubted that. That was not the pose a nice person took. And he didnt seem very upset about the fact that there was a man with a hard on in his living room. A man he barely knew still who got that hard on from his own writing..
"I know what yaoi is.." he gulped, licking his oddly dry lips. "I just thought I could er..not..get um.." Oh god, this was horrible, and he sighed. He gave him an odd look. A part of him, the part that made him able to write some of the stuff he did, wanted to see how far he could push this odd comfort level of Bow's, and the other part wanted to curl up in a ball and bawl its eyes out. He wasn't sure which part he should let win.
He continued to stare at him, a mixture of fear and an odd hint of want, but he didn't know what to do about it. He had no experience, and he looked away slowly. He couldn't stop his hand from coming out and resting, shaking, on the others chest to try and steady him, not push him away. "I'm still sorry. I wont lie..I have no experience in any otf this, I assumed I would be fine. I also assumed your writing wouldn't be that ah..good."
